Abstract

Objectives: determine the status of clarythromycine resistant HP and influence to gastro-intestinal recovery of EAC therapy on the duodenum ulcer patients. Methods: prospective study, examminate the patients, gastroscopy to measure pH of gastric fluid, status of ulcer, perform HP test and antibiogramme. Results: the ratio of Clarithromycin resistant HP on the antibiogramme were 40.5%. After EAC therapy, the ratio of patients with no HP were 70.3%, with HP were 29.7%. The no HP ratio in sensitive group was higher in resistant group (p<0,05). After treatment progress, functional disorder were recovered: the ratio of recovered patient from gastric pain were 82,4%, from regurgitation acide were 76.9%, statistical difference between sensitive group and resistant group. pH value of gastric fluid be up from 1.5 to 5,3 (p<0,05), no statistical different between sensitive group and resistant group. Duodenum ulcer were recovered with 73,0%. The ulcer recovery ratio was higher in sensitive group than resistant group (p<0,05). Conlusion: the rate of Clarithromycin resistant HP is higher and higher and Clarithromycin resistand HP condition causes to decrease the treatment effects of EAC therapy in recovery from gastro-intestinal disoerders on the duodenum ulcer patients, do not affect the mobilitiy of pH value of gatric fluid.
