TREATMENT RESULT IN 60 CASES OF APLASTIC ANEMIA WITH A COMBINATION OF HORSE ANTITHҮМOСҮТE GLOBULIN AND CYCLOSPORINE A: A SINGLE CENTRE, RETROSPECTIVE STUDY

Abstract
Objective: evaluated response incidence and 3 years - overall survial in patients treated with hATG and CsA at National institute of Hematology and blood transfusion Study method: Retrospective, interventional study, evaluate treatment results in 60 case of accquired aplastic anemia at National institue of hematology and blood transfusion Results: One third of the patients had response at 3 months and it increased to 64% at 12 months. Cumulative OR incidence of SAA and VSAA were lower than TD-NSAA at 3 months but no difference was seen between these group at 6 and 12 months after treatment. Cumulative CR incidence of >40 years-old group was low at month 6th but increased with time, no difference was seen between age groups at 12 months after treatment. At 3 years, cumulative overall survial incidence was 93.1%; cumulative relapse incidence was 4%. Conclusions: hATG and CsA shown good
treatment result for aplastic anemia patients not suitable for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
