Abstract

Objectives: determine hematological index after long time hemodialysis on the chronic kidney failure. Methods: cross-sectional discription, subjectives are divided into 2 groups: short time (<2 years) and long time hemodialysis (>5 years), hematological index conclude index of red blood cell, white blood cell, platelate. Results: there were some change in index of red blood cell, white blood cell with no statistical difference, the same as score of anemia of patients. Platelet counts were down from 201,97 G/L to 172,02 G/L (p<0,05), no correlation occured between platelet count and hemodialysis time (r = -0,20). Conclusion: long time hemodialysis does not be influent to index of red blood cell, white blood cell, platelate.
