Abstract

Objectives: (1) Analyzing prognosis factors group according to R-ISS and Mayo Clinic. (2) Evaluating the.treatment effects and totally survival time of Multiple myeloma patients according to prognosis subgroup. Methods: 78 patients were diagnosed Multiple myeloma according to IMWG 2014 criteria at Hematology and blood transfusion Center. Patients were recruited and dividing into groups and treatmented by VCD conditional regimen then they was evaluated of treatment effects and total survival time. Results: There are differences between Mayo Clinic and R-ISS subgroups. According to the R-ISS risk group: 7.69% R-ISS 1, 66.67% R-ISS 2 and 25.64% R-ISS 3. According to the Mayo-Clinic risk group, there are 66,67% standard risks, 16.67% average and 16.67% high risk. The treatment results following to Mayo Clinic group 66.67%, according to R-ISS 66.67% achieved at least very good partical response. In Mayo Clinic groups, patients with high prognosis group 69.23% and RISS 3 get 63.64% achieved least very good partial response. The overall survival time by Mayo Clinic risk group in high, medium and standard risk groups were 28.78, 27.90 and 43.75 months, respectively; According to R-ISS in high-risk group, average and standard are 27.89, 38.11 and 56 months,
respectively. Conclusion: the prognosis are valuable meaning of treatment outcome and survival time. There are differences between the 2 subgroups Mayo Clinic and R-ISS.
