COMMENTS ON SOME BLOOD TEST INDICATORS OF PEDIATRIC THALASSEMIA DISEASE IN PEDIATRIC HAI DUONG HOSPITAL YEAR 2019

Abstract

Objectives: Describe some blood test indicators of Thalassemia pediatric patients at Hai Duong Children's Hospital in the first 5 months of 2019. Subjects: 48 pediatric patients diagnosed and monitored Thalassemia at Hai Duong Children's Hospital in the first 5 months of 2019, Methods: cross-sectional descriptive method. Results: Meet most of the districts in the province, of which the highest is Gia Loc (18.75%), with enough age groups from 0-> 9 years old, boys are more likely than women; Laboratory tests: Mainly ẞ (83%), а (4%), blood chart count: 100% have anemia, of which 68.8% have moderate anemia, small red blood cells, hypochromia, 79.17% have young red blood cell infarction. There is a positive linear correlation between the degree of anemia and MCV index and the inverse linearity between RDW and MCV; 56.25% had an increase in serum Fe concentration; 68.75% had an increase in the
concentration of Ferritin; 68.75% had Bil increased. Conclusions: Boys are more likely than
