INVESTIGATE THE LEVEL OF FIBRINMONOMER IN ACUTE LEUKEMIA PATIENTS WITH OVERT-DIC

Abstract
Objective: Investigate the FM level in acute leukemia patients with overt DIC. Methods: A cross sectional study conducted in 100 patients who were diagnosed acute leukemia according to citeria of WHO 2016 and were identifed as overt DIC by the scoring system of ISTH 2011. Result: DD and FM levels are very high in acute leukemias patients with overt DIC. There are 4% of study patients have no similarity between FM and DD concentrations. FM correlates with the concentration of DD and Fibrinogen. Conclusion: FM is a FRMs and has high level in patients with overt-DIC.
