Abstract

Background:Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is now applied efficiently in some clinical | scenarios. Centrifugation is one of the most important steps in preparing platetlet-rich : plasma (PRP), but there remains arguments about the optimal centrifugal condition, i which include the relative centrifugal force and time period of centrifugation. Objectives: This study aims to figure out the best conditions for preparing PRP from venous blood. Subject and methods:The collected samples of blood from healthy donors were centrifuged at different centrifugal forces (16g, 44xg, 87* d 177xg) in i different time (5, 10, 1 5 minutes).
