THE IMPROVEMENT OF MENOPAUSAL DISORDERS AFTER EXERCISING YOGA 3 MONTHS

Abstract
Objectives: the study assessed the effects of yoga in reducing menopausal disorders by Menopause Rating Scale (MRS). Subjects and methods: The study was conducted on 31 women with the average menopause duration 9.4 + 4.1 months. Results: The study results showed: After 3 months of practicing yoga, total points, the scores of psychological symptoms, scores of autonomic neurological symptoms and osteoarthritis, scores of urogenital symptoms are reduced special significantly with p <0.001. The degree of menopausal disorders was moved from moderate to levels not / slightly
compared fo the previous 3 months.
