Abstract

Background: In order to get sporting achievement, we need to consider recovery as an important link in the chain of professional athlete training process. Especially to traditional martial arts, recovery after practicing is an essential need. Subjects and methods: The topic focuses on martial arts athletes of HoChiMinh City young team. By applying 4 therapies: recovering massage, point accupuncture, muscular vibrating machine and loose swimming therapy, recovering process after practicing is promoted quickly, remedy the tiredness from the day before. Results: ae tiredness is removed and recovering process is promoted quickly after a relaxing night. This helps athletes to have good spiritual and physical condition as well as have a good TÊN for the next practicing day. It creates a better physical adaption for the next day s lessons. It is also the basic to develope ability, function and improve practicing effect. sf ;
