Abstract
Applying physiological and biochemical indices into evaluating the volume of physical exercises and sessions to help trainers evaluate physical activity volume, thus trainers can make necessary and timely adjustment to specific subjects in order to improve athletes’ performances and increase the effectiveness of the training process.
