CHARACTERISTICS OF CLINICAL AND ARRHYTHMIAS IN SINUS BRADYCARDIA PATIENTS RECORDED ECG HOLTER 24 HOURS AT VIETNAM HEART INSTITUTE
Main Article Content
Abstract
Objective: Describe clinical characteristics and arrhythmia in sinus
bradycardia patients recorded ECG Holter 24 hours. Methods: Describe interrupted on 52
sinus bradycardia Patients recorded Holter electrocardiogram 24 hours at Vietnam Heart
Institute. Results: Age goup of over 50 years old (71.2%). The main symptom is fatigue
common energy (36.5%), chest pain (15.4%), dyspnea (11.5%), lightheadedness (11.5%),
headache, dizziness (7.7%), nervous palpitations (3.8%), particularly nasty syncope
(13.5%). Hypertension patients are very common (34.62%). Dd Index of hypertension
group larger than in the group without hypertension (p <0.05). ECG Holter 24 hours
examination to detection the more complex rhythms accompanying (short episodes of atrial
fast, atrial fibrillation, ventricular ectopics, supraventricular ectopics, ...) as well as the level
of danger that diabetes typically undetectable (The longest stoppages sinus interval was
over 2.5 seconds occurring during the monitored period, A-V node rhythm, BAVI, BAVII
Mobitz 1, atrial fibrillation episodes and severity of ventricular ectopics and
supraventricular ectopics, ...).
