Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the relation between ventricular
arrhythmia and some risk factors and cardiac arrhythmia recorded by Holter 24 hours
ECG. Cross-sectional descriptive study was applied among 102 patients with ventricular
arrhythmia (50 retrospective patients and 52 prospective patients) were recorded Holter
24h ECG. The results showed that there was a moderate linear correlation between the
number of ventricular ectopics and heat rate (r=0.401, p<0.01). There was correlation
between the number of ventricular ectopics and structure heat diseases (r=0.593,
p<0.01), ventricular end Diastolic diameter (r=0.575, p<0.01), and the level of ventricular
ectopics according to Lown scale (r=0.670, p<0.01).
