TÁC DỤNG CỦA ĐIỆN CHÂM KẾT HỢP TẬP DƯỠNG SINH TRONG ĐIỀU TRỊ BỆNH NHÂN HUYẾT ÁP THẤP NGUYÊN PHÁT

Abstract

Object: To evaluate effects of the constitutional acupuncture on blood pressures and rheoencecephalography in patients with primary hypotesion.

Methods: 60 patients with primary hypotension were divided into 2 groups (30 patients per each group): treatment group contained patients who were treated by acupuncture and constitutional exercise (the constitutional acupuncture), control group contained patients who were treated by acupuncture only.

Results and conclusion: our results showed that the constitutional acupuncture increased mean systolic pressure from 89,62 ± 4,19 mmHg to 105,42 ± 8,02 mmHg; mean diastolic pressure from 56,27 ± 3,86 mmHg to 70,15 ± 6,94 mmHg; Mean arterial pressure from 67,72 ± 3,48 mmHg to 81,91 ± 6,88 mmHg after 30 days of treatments (p<0,05). The constitutional acupuncture improved the brain blood flow and elasticity of brain arteries by changes of Crest time (Ta), Crest width, impedanceQuotient (Ri) after 30 days of treatments.
