INVESTIAGATING CHARACTERISTICS IN PATIENTS WITH SILENT MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION AT THAI BINH GENERAL HOSPITAL

Abstract
Objective: Describing investigating characteristics of patients with silent myocardial infarction at Thai Binh General Hospital.
Methods: Descriptive, retrospective and prospective methods, Patient with silent myocardial infarction treated at Thai Binh General Hospital.
Results: On electrocardiography, the proportion of arrhythmias in patients with silent myocardial infarction was 25,6%, including: supraventricular paroxysm tachycardia, atrial fibrillation and atrioventricular block level II, III; Q Necrosis Q waves appear in 67.7% of cases. ST-segment elevation accounts for 71.0% and QRS complex distortion over 0.10mS in 83.9% of cases. The most common sites of infarction are anterior septal infarction, anterior wall infarction and posterior infarction; 45,2% of patients had anemia; 48.4% of patients had leucocytes and neutrophils increased; The proportion of patients with hypercholesterolemia was 38,7%; Blood glucose increased in 67,7% of patients.
