Một số yếu tố liên quan đến Rối loạn tăng động, giảm chú ý (ADHD) ở học sinh tiểu học tại huyện Tương Dương, tỉnh Nghệ An năm 2019

Abstract

Objectives: To determine some factors related to attention deficit hyperactivity disorder  (ADHD) among pupils at primary schools in Tuong Duong district, Nghe An province in 2019. Method: This was a cross - sectional descriptive study. Results: There was a correlation between the pupil's attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and a number of factors: Pupils at 9- 11 years of age are at higher risk of ADHD than pupils at age 6-8 years with OR = 2,5 (95% CI: 1,1-5,9). Pupils living in remote areas were at higher risk than those living in towns with OR = 3,6 (95% Cl: 1,8-7,4). Pupils having parent with lower secondary education were at a higher risk than pupils with parent upper secondary education, with OR = 3,2 (95% Cl: 1,6-6) , 7) and OR = 3,3 (95% Cl: 1,6-7,2). The proportion of pupils with one parent is a farmer were more likely than
those whose mothers or fathers to do other jobs, with OR = 3,1 (95% Cl: 1,2- 8,1) and 2,9 (95% Cl: 1,1-7,8). The risk was higher in pupils who were hit regularly than others with OR = 5,7 (95% Cl: 1,4-22,9). Conclusion: There was a correlation between attention deficit hyperactivity disorder among pupils at primary schools in Tuong Duong district, Nghe An province with some factors: student age; living area; education of parents; occupation of father and mother; history of cesarean section; students are often beaten by their parents.
